Youth TBall

Registration: November 17, 2025 - January 11, 2026

Late Registration: January 12-19, 2026 with a $10 late fee

Season: February - mid-April

Age: 4 -5 years old (Co-Ed). Must be this age by April 30, 2026.

T-ball is the perfect introduction to baseball and softball for young players. Our instructional program, newly partnered with the Start Smart Development Program, helps children develop the primary skills of hitting, running, fielding and throwing in a fun and active environment. Players begin to learn the basic rules of the game while also building self-esteem and learning sportsmanship & teamwork. Please purchase a metal T-ball bat and batting helmet that will be needed when games start. Players will be provided with an additional Start Smart kit that includes a non-metal bat, 2 Koosh balls, and a fielding glove to help provide safer equipment in the early stage of practice. Games and practices will be held during the week (or weekends as needed) against teams from Pelham only.    

Practices will begin February 2, 2026. 2 pre-season practices per week until games start. Practices can be on any day of the week.

Games will begin first weekday in March. All games are at 5:30 or 6pm on any day of the week and are in Pelham only. Maximum 2 games per week. Can be on weekends if needed.

Jersey Fittings: TBA in the Pelham Rec Center Multipurpose Room 

Teams will be randomly assigned. If you are interested in coaching, please sign up online on your account homepage and complete the necessary paperwork.

Picture Day: TBA

Parks & Rec provides one game jersey and a hat for boys or a visor for girls. Teams' head coach will decide on color of pants and must be identical.

Parents will need to purchase cleats, fielding glove, t-ball bat and batting helmet.

Refunds/Late Registrations: Once uniforms have been ordered we will not be able to refund a full registration fee or take late registrations.

Registration Requests for a specific coach, jersey number, or to play with a friend are not guaranteed.
